The school started in 2002 when the demand for care giving services started increasing in the local and global markets. Known as Carelink Asia Training, the school’s curriculum was designed to provide basic knowledge and develop skills required in the care-giving occupation.

Carelink Asia Training grew in terms of student population, programs, services, affiliations, as well as reputation. Graduates have successfully secured jobs in different parts of the world like Canada, Italy, and the United Kingdom working as live-in caregivers or employed at various restaurant, hotel, medical and care-oriented service institutions.

To meet the changing needs of the global community, the school has expanded its course offerings, opening up more opportunities beyond the healthcare industry. This has led to the change in name, from Carelink Asia Training to Carelink Asia Institute to communicate a wider range of options, as well as, embody its thrust of preparing students not just for jobs, but for careers.

The recent partnership of Carelink Asia Institute with the Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE in Brisbane, Australia further expands the opportunity horizons of Filipinos who want to pursue careers in bright and sunny Australia.
